Individual study guides' Guide Guarantee is only valid for attempts purchased and taken after the guide's purchase. Feedback is prioritized for our individual buyers. Our next priority is our clients on membership plans, with CertiGrad, UnlimiGrad+, and UnlimiGrad being granted priority in that order. Once a member reaches their bi-monthly priority maximum (5 for UnlimiGrad, 7 for UnlmiGrad+, and 10 for CertiGrad), they will be only given feedback at the lowest priority given staff availability.
